About this project

Lipari Design Inc. applied its customization expertise to this signature penthouse in the YUL2 project in downtown Montreal. At the clients’ request, our team developed a concept inspired by the Louis XIV era and its opulence. The addition of gilded plaster moldings and Taviane’s Versailles wood flooring gives the space a noble feel. The large Baccarat chandeliers add the final touch to this most luxurious environment. 

A penthouse worthy of the Sun King with a resolutely modern touch.
