Known as an innate entrepreneur and talented designer, she founded her first company “Les couleurs de Vanessa” at the age of sixteen. While working for the family business, interior design became her passion. It was only natural for her to start her own firm in the world of interior design.

Vanessa established her reputation and developed her brand by distinguishing herself through her determination, her level of excellence and her collaborative skills. Her years of experience in site management and coordination have given her a strong technical background and expertise in the field. Her reliability, her frankness and her promptness in finding solutions are also assets that sets her apart in the realization of her projects and that give our clients confidence. Her inspiration and her need to be at the forefront of trends are cultivated by her curiosity and her travels around the world. This is what allows her to offer an elegant, sophisticated and unique result, no matter the category of project, whether it be rental or high-end.

The importance of remaining involved and engaged in our society is a very important value for Vanessa.

Due to her humanism, the Enviro Espoir Foundation was born.

This non-profit organization founded by Vanessa Lipari and Paul Émard has the mission to make a difference in the community by creating real estate projects for people in need. The goal is to provide a safe space focused on the well-being of the individual in order to give them a fresh start. With environmental sustainability at heart, the foundation is built and designed around the American LEED and WELL accreditations. Committed to being involved and engaged in society, many of Vanessa Lipari’s clients and business partners have become investors and partners in this magnificent project.
