About this project

The urban cottage located in the Belvedere Tower of the Voltige real estate project in Montréal, offers tenants a festive and inviting common space, where it is good to gather, share and have fun. It includes entertainment, relaxation, co-working spaces and an impressive common kitchen, all adjacent to a very large terrace and a pool. The urban cottage occupies a central place in the lives of the tenants, which is why we paid particular attention to the layout, finish selections and custom furniture design. For this urban cottage, neutral tones are supported by current accent colours such as pink and green, golden walls and a central tree defined by a circular ceiling drop that helps define the different spaces.
